This policy explains which personal data Strongness processes, why we need it and what choices you have. It covers our website, online shop and communications with us.

Our processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we also comply with its requirements. Simply visiting this website does not constitute consent to advertising or optional tracking.
2. Website and online shop with Wix
We operate our website and shop using Wix.com Ltd., Israel. Wix provides hosting, shopping cart, order management, customer accounts and forms. Website requests involve technical data such as your IP address, browser, operating system, requested address, request time and status. These data are used to deliver the website, maintain security and resolve errors.
Wix also processes information you enter in our shop and forms. Data are processed in particular in Israel, Ireland and the USA. Wix uses affiliated companies and subprocessors. Further information: Wix Privacy Policy and Wix subprocessors.
3. Orders, payments and delivery
For an order, we process names, contact information, billing and shipping details, products ordered, amounts, order numbers and payment and delivery status. We need these data to fulfil the contract, deliver your order, handle enquiries and refunds, and keep accounting records. We cannot fulfil an order without the information marked as required during checkout.
We use Wix Payments, PayPal and TWINT. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered through Wix Payments. TWINT is connected through PEND, a service of TFTW GmbH, Basel. Depending on your choice, the payment services receive the transaction, identification and payment data needed to process your payment. They also process data to prevent fraud and meet their own legal obligations.

4. Contact and customer accounts
When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process your contact information, message and information about your enquiry to respond and provide customer support. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
For a customer account, we process the profile and access information you provide and the orders linked to your account. This enables the available account features. You may ask us to delete your account. This does not include order and accounting records that we must continue to retain.
5. Newsletter
We use Wix Email Marketing for our newsletter. When you subscribe, we process your email address, any optional information and your subscription status to send you news about Strongness. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter or by contacting us.
Wix provides statistics on delivery, opens and links clicked. This information can be linked to individual recipient addresses and is not automatically anonymous. We use it to assess our content and delivery. Your website cookie choices do not subscribe you to our newsletter.
6. Product reviews
When you submit a review through Wix Reviews, we process your review information and the product concerned. Your chosen display name, star rating, text and any content you attach may appear publicly on the website. Please do not publish confidential information in a review. Contact us to request a correction or deletion.
7. Cookies and your choices
We use cookies and similar storage technologies. Necessary functions include secure operation, the shopping cart, login and remembering your privacy choices. Optional purposes can be selected separately in the cookie banner.
The banner is provided by Consentik from Omega. It processes your choices and technical information to store your settings and communicate them to connected services. The banner is currently configured to retain your choice for seven days. This does not mean all data held by individual services are retained for only seven days.
You can reject optional purposes, accept them all or make individual choices in Cookie preferences. Use the cookie icon to change your choices or withdraw consent for the future. The page may reload after withdrawal to stop tracking code that has already loaded. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Your choices apply to the particular browser and device.
8. Usage analysis with Wix and Google
We use Wix Analytics and Google Analytics to evaluate website usage, including page views, interactions, traffic sources, technical device information and shop performance. Identifiers help recognise related activity. These data are not automatically anonymous.
Google Tag Manager manages our tracking tags and takes consent signals into account. The container can load before optional consent is given, establishing a connection to Google. Loading the container is separate from permitting individual analytics and advertising functions. Google services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and other Google companies, including Google LLC, USA. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.
9. Advertising measurement with Meta and OpenAI
We use Wix's integration for Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This processes website and purchase events and related technical identifiers. Conversions API sends events server-side and complements browser-side measurement. Server-side transmission does not replace any required consent. Meta can link events with other data it holds. The providers are Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland, and other Meta companies, particularly in the USA. Further information: Meta Privacy Policy.
We also integrate the OpenAI pixel through Google Tag Manager for advertising and performance measurement. Our base code loads it only after explicit advertising consent. For purchase measurement, our own event call sends the order amount in CHF and an order identifier to avoid counting events more than once. It does not include additional fields for your name, email or delivery address. The connection to the provider and its pixel also process technical usage and connection data; this measurement is therefore not automatically anonymous.
You can refuse or withdraw advertising consent in the cookie settings. Refusing does not prevent you from shopping with us.
10. Stockists and external links
Our own stockist finder uses OpenStreetMap maps provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom). Loading the map transmits your IP address, browser and device details, referring website, request time and requested map areas to the map service. Maps are delivered through a worldwide server network to display our stockists. Further information: OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.
Searches for towns or stockists are processed within the finder. The location button requests your position only after you click it and grant permission in your browser. Our finder uses it temporarily in your browser to sort stockists by distance; it does not store it on our server. You can search without sharing your location. Route links open Google Maps and pass the selected stockist’s destination coordinates, not the position obtained by our finder. Google’s Privacy Policy applies there.
Links to Instagram, stockists or other external websites lead to services operated by those providers. Their privacy notices apply when you follow these links.
11. Recipients and international processing
Data are accessible to us and the service providers used for each purpose, particularly Wix, payment and delivery services and the consent management, analytics and advertising providers named above. Authorities or other entitled parties receive data where legally required or necessary to protect legal claims.
International services also process data outside Switzerland, particularly in the countries named above. Different privacy and government-access rules may apply. Transfers to countries without a recognised adequate level of protection must meet the applicable legal transfer requirements, such as recognised standard contractual clauses with any necessary additions. The former Privacy Shield is not a basis for this policy. You can ask us about the recipients and safeguards used for a specific processing activity.
12. Retention and legal grounds
Retention depends on the purpose, legal obligations and the need to deal with legal claims. Accounting records are generally subject to a ten-year retention requirement. Unsubscribing from the newsletter or deleting an account does not remove these obligations. Data that are no longer needed are to be deleted or anonymised; retention periods of the connected providers must also be considered.
Where GDPR applies, necessary order and contract processing is based on Article 6(1)(b), legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c), and voluntary consent-based processing on Article 6(1)(a). Our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) may support secure technical operation and handling general enquiries, provided your rights and interests do not override them.
13. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing and, where applicable, delivery or transfer of your data. You may object to processing and withdraw consent for the future. Legal retention duties and justified overriding grounds may limit individual rights.
Contact strongness@kns.ch. Where necessary, we verify your identity to avoid disclosing data to unauthorised people. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where competent, a data protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA.
14. Changes
We update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The version published on the website applies. A text update does not replace any required new consent.
